Our story began with an easel, a paper pad, and a small apartment in Pasadena, California. In 2017, I realized that integrating psychology, principles of military leadership, and business innovation would help enhance the psychological well-being of our greatest asset. People. I set out to create an organization that helps people thrive at work, home, and beyond. However, feeling the weight of this calling, and recognizing the importance of collaboration, I reached out to several friends and colleagues to form a diverse and dynamic team.
Over the course of a few years, our team has grown to become a social-scientific consulting group, capable of operating nationally with consultants and interns in Illinois, California, Michigan, Indiana, and Washington. Our team of Consulting Psychologists, Leadership Consultants, Psychoeducational Consultants, Coaches, and Researchers integrate psychological research and engaging communication to help enhance individual and organizational performance.
